LeapSEQ

providing lean data processing solutions for adaptive and portable genome sequencing

LeapSeq is developing a bioinformatics platform to leverage nanopore sequencing with minimal laboratory preparation for various pathogens and AMR.

The platform will prioritize real-time analysis and user-friendliness, ensuring adaptability to various settings - healthcare, waste water monitoring, etc.

A key feature of our approach is the use of in silico enrichment techniques, powered by advanced software that integrates seamlessly with real-time, adaptive nanopore sequencing, reducing the need for traditional wet-lab enrichment methods and expediting diagnostics.
